Client Appreciation & Referrals

Looking back on my business I noticed I receive a lot of referrals from past wedding clients. I also get many referrals from portrait session clients. So I THANK my clients very much for sending their friends and family my way! As a thank you I’ve decided any previous wedding client who refers a friend who books a wedding with me will receive a complimentary portrait session or a $300 print credit. For those clients that have booked a portrait session with me and refer a friend who books a wedding you will receive a $100 print or portrait credit. Lastly, if a client refers a friend for a portrait session you will receive a $50 print or portrait credit. The only rule is bookings must be before June 1, 2012. Have a great weekend!

Hello 2012

What a year its been! I love compiling my favorite images from a whole year. I was sort of overwhelmed with choosing what to post. I’ve been honored with capturing so many moments from portraits to weddings all over New England. Sometimes people ask me why I became a photographer? Well the camera amazes me as a tool, just the thought that it captures moments in thousandths of a second blows my mind! Then there’s the light of those moments and the setting and the colors all combined together to create a feeling, that is also fantastic. So I am grateful to all of you that hired me this year to capture those tiny tiny snippets of your lives. I pinch myself every day that I make a living doing what I love. Here are some of my favorites from 2011. Have a Happy 2012!

Lisa & Vikram – The Paine Estate

Lisa & Vikram were married a couple of weekends ago on a lovely November afternoon at the Paine Estate. I am always amazed at how many gems there are in Massachusetts to get married at and this one is right in Waltham on conservation land so you feel like you went to the country for your wedding. Lisa and Vikram are such a sweet couple and I loved their intimate wedding. Have I ever mentioned I love to take dancing photos, well I do! This crowd had some phenomenal dance skills and I was a busy shooter all night! Congrats to Lisa and Vikram! Here are a few of my favorites…

Kate & Trevor – Overbrook House

I’ve been really excited to get this post up because Kate and Trevor’s wedding was so much fun to photograph and to be a part of. First of all they are both chefs so we knew there would be fantastic food to photograph. The setting of the Overbrook House in Buzzards Bay is so unique and quite the peaceful spot for a wedding. Its a great location if you want your friends and family to stay for a few days and there is plenty of room, something like 16 bedrooms in the main house! It was a beautiful Fall day with lots of delicious food, warm and welcoming friends and family and an amazing band to get people dancing. That’s what its all about right? Congrats to the happy couple, may they make many yummy meals together!

Thanks Darcy for second shootin’!
